NanoMatter has been selected to participate in MotionLab Berlin’s prestigious HardTech Innovation Program, recognizing our breakthrough Metal-Organic Chemical Vapor Deposition (MOCVD) technology for 2D semiconductors.
The program, which supports deep tech startups with hardware and manufacturing innovations, will provide NanoMatter with access to Berlin’s thriving tech ecosystem, expert mentorship, and specialized facilities to accelerate our technology development.
Our selection highlights the growing importance of advanced semiconductor manufacturing technologies in enabling next-generation computing and electronics.
“This accelerator program is the perfect springboard for NanoMatter as we commercialize our MOCVD technology for transition metal dichalcogenides (TMDs). MotionLab’s expertise in hardtech and connections to European semiconductor players will be invaluable.”— Dr. Mithun Parambath, NanoMatter CEO
During the 6-month program, NanoMatter will focus on refining our deposition systems for pilot production and establishing partnerships with semiconductor manufacturers and research institutions across Europe.
